Notifications

Many customers want status updates on their order as it progresses. Live status updates can be sent to you through push notifications. When you create your order, you can set an endpoint to which we will push notifications as the status of your order updates. You will also need to specify which notifications you want to receive. The notification types listed in bold below (Submitting, Submitted, OrderShippedPartially, OrderShippedCompletely) are always pushed out if you provide the URL. The other types must be listed in the order creation payload to receive those notifications. Note that the URL and the notifications must be set on an order by order basis; there is no standard default.

In addition to getting status as a push notification, you can also check the current status of all your orders with the GetOrderStatusList API call, or the complete history of an order with the GetOrderStatus call.
