World Emblem Customer APIs

These APIs are provided for approved customers to improve speed, accuracy and efficiency of placing orders with WorldEmblem. 

Summary of Available Functionality

Place Orders

Customers are able to place orders for WorldEmblem supplied Garments and/or Decorations, and to have Garments Decorated with those Decorations or to be Direct Embroidered (Non-CSG Orders). Customers are also able to place orders for Customer Supplied Garments (CSG) or Decorations, and to have those Garments Decorated with Customer supplied Decorations, WorldEmblem supplied Decorations, or Direct Embroidery.

Orders can include one or more Garments, using the same or different designs, with a mixture of sizes and colors to meet your needs. The finished products can be shipped to one or many addresses. 

Design Uploads

Send your digitized, ready-to-sew artwork with your order in a DST file, and provide the thread brand and color information in either an accompanying EMB file, or a formatted list in the order creation payload. Designs already digitized and stored at WorldEmblem can also be ordered by DesignID.

Order Status

Customers can opt into status push notifications for the specific statuses they are most interested in, and provide an endpoint for the notifications to be sent to. Alternatively, customers can get current status for all orders or status history for a specific order at any time via API call.

Shipping

Customers can specify the Carrier and Service Level for outbound shipments from the list of options WorldEmblem has available. Additionally, customers may provide a shipping account for each outbound shipment, if desired, to allow for direct billing from the carrier. Orders without a pass-through shipping account will be shipped on WorldEmblem's account and billed back to the customer on the order invoice. Orders can also be split into multiple shipments, with Carrier, Service Level, and Shipping Account pass through for each shipment, if desired.

Colorways

Use API-based ordering to place one order with a single design file to be embroidered on multiple colors of garments. Adjust the thread colors in the design for different garment colors if necessary, all within one order.

Notifications

Opt-In to the Push Notifications on each Order for the Status Types that meet your needs. Each time your order, or a line item on your order, passes a status checkpoint you've opted into, a notification will be pushed to the endpoint you designate. Some Status types will also be available for Email Notifications.

CSG Inventory

Bulk ship your customer-supplied garments or decorations to WorldEmblem, to be held in local inventory, so that your orders can be processed without waiting for inbound shipping. Customers with inventory on hand can query for current inventory status, and set up push notifications for when your items fall below a specified threshold.
